Exodus Works is the vocational train-ing program of
Exodus Homes, a private non-profit United Way
agency that provides faith-based supportive housing
for recovering addicts, alcoholics, and
ex-offenders.
Exodus Works is a drug free, supervised labor force with transportation that provides vocational on-the-job training for our residents in a variety of social enterprises that generate revenue to support our programs. Exodus Workers are here to serve the community, while learning job skills that prepare them for competitive employment.

At Exodus Homes, we give residents a hand...not a hand out. Residents are expected to work full time, and pay program fees for the services they receive. 67% of our total operating budget is supported by residents’ fees from their wages earned on the job. Exodus Works generates additional revenue to support our programs.
